Certification and food safety
The entire process, from raw material to final product, is recorded electronically at Kaas-Pack Holland. In 2006, we were the first Dutch company in the dairy processing industry to be awarded the ISO 22.000 certificate . ISO 22.000 is currently the highest international standard for food safety.
Besides this, we have the EKO/SKAL quality mark for the manufacturing of cheese slices and grated cheese using biological Gouda 48+. The quality mark proves that these two products consist of 95% biological ingredients that comply with the legal regulations.
